  • Green onion - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped

  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Burger buns - 2

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, mentaiko, mayonnaise, minced garlic, minced ginger, green onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
