- Cream cheese (dairy-free if strict Paleo) - 50g
- Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 100g
- Squid (sliced) - 100g
- Green onion (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, cut into strips
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and water to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a pizza shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet, making a small crust edge.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix mentaiko and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread the mentaiko mixture evenly over the baked crust.
