  • Mentaiko (marinated cod roe) - 80g
  • Cream cheese (dairy-free if strict Paleo) - 50g
  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 100g
  • Squid (sliced) - 100g
  • Green onion (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, cut into strips

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and water to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a pizza shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet, making a small crust edge.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mentaiko and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Spread the mentaiko mixture evenly over the baked crust.
  7. Arrange the shrimp and squid on top of the mentaiko layer.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
