Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Mentaiko (marinated cod roe) - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Green onions (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Nori (seaweed) sheets - 1 sheet
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili flakes - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, typically around 0.5 cm.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mentaiko and cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the mentaiko mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mentaiko mixture.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and season with black pepper and chili flakes to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
