- Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Nori (seaweed) sheets - for garnish
Steps
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into smaller florets.
- Using a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, remove the mentaiko from its casing and place it in a small bowl.
- Add coconut aminos, sea salt, and black pepper to the mentaiko and mix well.
- Once the cauliflower rice is cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the mentaiko mixture to the skillet, stirring gently to combine.
- Incorporate the chopped green onions and mix until evenly distributed.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
- Serve hot, garnished with torn nori sheets.
