- Whole grain burger buns - 2
- Shredded cabbage - 1 cup
- Cucumber, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
- Avocado, sliced - 1/2 medium
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the miso marinated fish fillet, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until it forms a sticky mixture.
- Shape the mixture into two patties.
