  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese (dairy) - 150 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese (dairy) - 20 grams
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, matcha powder, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth to create the matcha pesto.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking tray or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the matcha pesto evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Slice the mozzarella cheese and arrange it evenly over the pesto layer.
  6. Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter them over the pizza.
  7. Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on top, followed by a dash of black pepper.
