  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Almonds (chopped) - 30 grams
  • Coconut flakes - 20 grams
  • Fresh strawberries - 100 grams
  • Blueberries - 50 grams
  • Banana - 1 small

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, and maple syrup. Mix well to coat and then spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and toast the granola mixture for about 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

  4. Slice the banana and strawberries. Prepare your glasses or bowls for layering.
  5. Start by adding a layer of the matcha coconut yogurt at the bottom of each glass, followed by a layer of the toasted granola, then a layer of mixed fruits (banana, strawberries, and blueberries).
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
  7. Sprinkle chia seeds on the top layer for added texture and nutrition.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled dessert.
