  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, matcha green tea powder, and salt.
  3. Add the dissolved yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  10. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  11. Arrange the fresh spinach leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red bell pepper over the cheese.
  12. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top for added texture and flavor.
  13. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  14. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
