- Burger buns (kosher) - 2
- Avocado (sliced) - 1/2

- Wasabi mayo - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, matcha powder, panko breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if necessary. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading wasabi mayo on the bottom half of each bun, placing a lettuce leaf, the cooked patty, avocado slices, and cucumber slices on top. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
