Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the chia seeds to the mixture and stir thoroughly to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
