Steps
- In a saucepan, mix the kudzu starch with 100 milliliters of water until dissolved.
- Add the remaining water to the saucepan and stir well.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and becomes translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into serving bowls or molds and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
