Ingredients

  • Kudzu starch - 30 grams
  • Water - 400 milliliters
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Seasonal fruits (e.g., strawberries, mango) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, mix the kudzu starch with 100 milliliters of water until dissolved.
  2. Add the remaining water to the saucepan and stir well.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and becomes translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving bowls or molds and let it cool to room temperature.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  7. To serve, unmold the jelly if using molds, and top with seasonal fruits.
