Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine kudzu starch, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- In a small saucepan, mix water and vanilla extract, then heat over low heat until warm.
- Gradually pour the warm water mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring continuously to form a smooth batter.
- Add vegetable oil to the batter and mix until well incorporated.
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
