- Firm tofu - 400 grams

- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 2 cm cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, gently tossing to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each cube.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the tofu is golden and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
