Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Pork tenderloin, cut into strips - 150 grams
  • Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • All-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Kushikatsu sauce - 50 ml
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out into a 12-inch circle and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a shallow bowl, set up a breading station: place flour in the first bowl, beaten egg in the second, and panko breadcrumbs in the third.
  4. Season the pork strips with salt and black pepper, then dip each strip first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and fry the breaded pork strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Once cooked, remove the pork and place it on the prepared pizza dough evenly.
  7. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the pork strips, add sliced red bell peppers, and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  8. Drizzle kushikatsu sauce over the toppings.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
