- Zucchini (sliced into rounds) - 1 small
- Skewers (soaked) - 4-6 pieces
Steps
- Press the firm tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut it into 2.5 cm cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed tofu to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- While the tofu is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper into squares and slicing the zucchini into rounds.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu, bell pepper, and zucchini onto the soaked skewers, alternating between ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the tofu is golden and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
