Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and brown sugar to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
