- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Trim excess fat from the duck breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the duck pieces with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and chopped green onions. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the seasoned duck pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, sesame oil, and lemon juice to create a dipping sauce.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the duck is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
