Ingredients

  • Duck breast - 300 grams

  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim excess fat from the duck breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the duck pieces with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and chopped green onions. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the seasoned duck pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, sesame oil, and lemon juice to create a dipping sauce.
  6. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the duck is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
