  • Chestnut puree - 80 grams
  • Water - 20 ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and flatten each piece into a round disc.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the chestnut puree with the water until smooth.
  6. Place a spoonful of the chestnut mixture in the center of each dough disc and carefully fold the edges over to seal the filling inside.
