- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated tofu to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the tofu to the skillet, add green onions, chili flakes (if using), and sesame seeds. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
