- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, gently tossing to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes in a single layer and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the tofu from the skillet and place it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Transfer the tofu to a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
