- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, sliced zucchini, and broccoli florets to the pan.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine everything.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
