Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks

  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey or maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - a pinch

Steps

  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper into matchsticks.
  2. Chop the green onions finely.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
