Steps
- Wash and slice the cucumber, carrot, and red radish into thin rounds or matchsticks.
- In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, salt, gochugaru, and minced garlic. Heat over medium until sugar and salt dissolve, then remove from heat and let cool.
