  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the pork strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
