- Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
- Zucchini (sliced) - 1 medium
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Slice the pork belly into thin strips and set it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the pork strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
