Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 200 grams
  • Gochujang - 2 tablespoons

  • Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1.5 cm cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, gently mixing to coat all sides. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
