Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Beef sirloin - 150 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread it evenly.
  6. Pre-cook the pizza dough in the oven for 5 minutes to ensure a crispy base.
  7. While the dough is baking, heat a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Remove the dough from the oven and layer the cooked beef evenly on top.
  9. Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot on top of the beef.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the vegetables are tender.
  11. Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
