- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Beef sirloin - 150 grams, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread it evenly.
- Pre-cook the pizza dough in the oven for 5 minutes to ensure a crispy base.
- While the dough is baking, heat a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the dough from the oven and layer the cooked beef evenly on top.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot on top of the beef.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the vegetables are tender.
- Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
