  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams

Steps

  1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 0.5 cm thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the beef strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the beef is marinating, prepare the cauliflower rice by steaming or sautéing it in a pan until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
