- Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped

- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise (Paleo-friendly) - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground Kobe beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder until just combined. Form into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired doneness.
- In the same skillet, add sliced shiitake mushrooms and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned and tender. Add green onions and stir for an additional minute.
