  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped kimchi with soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the kimchi mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Layer the sliced tofu over the kimchi.
