Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
  • Ramen noodles - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, sliced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sriracha sauce - to taste
  • Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, cut into strips
  • Eggs - 2 large, beaten

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and half of the sliced green onions.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the kimchi and ramen mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the kimchi ramen mixture.
  8. Drizzle Sriracha sauce over the cheese according to your spice preference.
  9. Create a small well in the center and pour the beaten eggs into it.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  11. Remove from the oven, garnish with remaining green onions and nori strips, then slice and serve hot.
