- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sriracha sauce - to taste
- Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, cut into strips
- Eggs - 2 large, beaten
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and half of the sliced green onions.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the kimchi and ramen mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the kimchi ramen mixture.
- Drizzle Sriracha sauce over the cheese according to your spice preference.
- Create a small well in the center and pour the beaten eggs into it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with remaining green onions and nori strips, then slice and serve hot.
