Steps
- Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water and drain well.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the rinsed konjac noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through, then drain and cool under cold water.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock to create the dipping sauce.
- Place the cooled konjac noodles on a plate and serve with the dipping sauce on the side.
