  • Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped

  • Pepper - to taste
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the diced chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
