- Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the julienned bell pepper, carrot, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet, followed by the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is heated through.
