- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Carrots, diced - 50 grams
- Red bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
