- Grilled unagi (eel) - 200 grams
- Butter lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Radish - 4 slices, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- If the unagi is not pre-cooked, grill it for about 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through.
- While the unagi is grilling, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Once the unagi is cooked, assemble the burger by placing two butter lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Layer the grilled unagi on top of the lettuce leaves.
- Add sliced cucumber, radish, and avocado on top of the unagi.
