- Firm Tofu - 300 grams

- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Red Pepper Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green Onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then slice it into 1.5 cm thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the tofu steaks in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated tofu steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top of the tofu steaks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even browning.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
