Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 400 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Mushrooms (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Green onion (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Press the firm tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a bowl.
  3. Add almond flour, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper to the crumbled tofu. Mix until well combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the tofu mixture into a pizza shape, about 1cm thick.
  5. Bake the tofu crust in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until golden and firm.
  6. While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings: slice the bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onion.
  7. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Add the sliced vegetables on top of the cheese, followed by a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  10. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
