Ingredients
- Tofu - 200 grams, firm
- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams, drained
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Spinach - 50 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
- In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
- Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and mushrooms, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they soften.
- Add the drained shirataki noodles and soy sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together for 2 minutes to heat through.
- Finally, add the spinach and chopped green onions, cooking until the spinach wilts, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
