Ingredients

  • Tofu - 200 grams, firm
  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams, drained
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Spinach - 50 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
  2. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
  4. Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and mushrooms, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they soften.
  5. Add the drained shirataki noodles and soy sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together for 2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Finally, add the spinach and chopped green onions, cooking until the spinach wilts, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
