- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marinating, sprinkle coconut flour over the tofu and mix gently to coat evenly.
- Transfer the marinated tofu to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top the tofu with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.
