Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. After marinating, sprinkle coconut flour over the tofu and mix gently to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer the marinated tofu to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Top the tofu with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.
