- Green onion - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
