Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100g
  • Psyllium husk - 10g
  • Baking powder - 5g
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Water - 60ml
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut flour - 20g
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150g
  • Olive oil - for frying
  • Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives) - as desired

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, coconut flour, and salt.
  2. Add the egg and water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil for frying.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal parts and flatten each into a round pizza shape.
  5. Fry each side of the pizza crust for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the crusts from the skillet and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  8. Top each pizza crust with shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
