- Baking powder - 5g
- Egg - 1 large
- Water - 60ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut flour - 20g
- Mozzarella cheese - 150g
- Olive oil - for frying
- Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives) - as desired
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, coconut flour, and salt.
