Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Cream cheese - 30 grams
  • Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 1 tablespoon
  • Dashi powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Butter - 10 grams
  • Chives (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, soy sauce, dashi powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. Grease a small baking dish (approximately 15x20 cm) with butter and pour the egg mixture into it.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped chives evenly over the egg mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
