Ingredients
- Eggs - 4 large
- Cream cheese - 30 grams
- Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 1 tablespoon
- Dashi powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
- Butter - 10 grams
- Chives (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, soy sauce, dashi powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Grease a small baking dish (approximately 15x20 cm) with butter and pour the egg mixture into it.
- Sprinkle the chopped chives evenly over the egg mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
