Ingredients

  • Cauliflower rice - 300 grams

  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. While the cauliflower rice is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined.
