Ingredients
- Ground beef - 300 grams (80/20 fat ratio)
- Shoyu (soy sauce) - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
- Sliced cucumber - 1/2 cup
- Sliced radishes - 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, shoyu, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Once melted, place the patties in the skillet.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps by rinsing and drying the leaves.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
- To assemble, place a patty on each lettuce leaf, top with sliced cucumber and radishes.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and sesame oil before wrapping the lettuce around the filling.
