- Carrot - 50 grams, grated
- White miso paste - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Stevia or erythritol - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Drain the silken tofu and pat it dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu with a fork until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Add the white miso paste, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and optional sweetener to the bowl with the tofu. Mix well until everything is combined into a creamy dressing.
