- Soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onion - 1, finely chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Soak the dried wakame seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes until it rehydrates and expands. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rehydrated wakame, sliced cucumber, and julienned radish.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and salt to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the seaweed and vegetables, tossing gently to combine.
- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top, and toss again.
