  • Sashimi-grade salmon - 200 grams
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
  • Nori sheets - 2, cut in half
  • Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Wasabi - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Begin by preparing the sashimi: slice the tuna and salmon into thin, even pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  3. On a large plate, lay out the lettuce leaves as the base for your burger.
  4. Start layering the sashimi slices on top of the lettuce, alternating between tuna and salmon.
  5. Add slices of avocado, cucumber, and radishes on top of the sashimi.

  7. Take a half sheet of nori and place it on top of the layered ingredients.
