  • Nori sheets - 2 sheets
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 30 ml
  • Wasabi paste - 5 grams
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Lime juice - 10 ml
  • Radish (for garnish) - 50 grams
  • Chives (for garnish) - 10 grams

Steps

  1. Begin by slicing the fresh salmon and tuna fillets into thin sashimi-style pieces, about 1 cm thick.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin wedges.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, wasabi paste, sesame oil, and lime juice to create a dipping sauce.
  4. Cut the nori sheets into quarters and arrange them on a plate.
  5. Serve the sashimi pieces alongside the avocado slices on the nori quarters.
