Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Rinse the mackerel fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sea salt to create a marinade.
- Place the mackerel fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
