Steps
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain them well. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and chopped green onions. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and form each portion into a patty.
