Ingredients

  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sriracha sauce - for serving
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Avocado - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain them well. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and chopped green onions. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and form each portion into a patty.
  4. Cook the patties in a preheated skillet over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. While the patties are cooking, prepare the ramen buns by boiling the shirataki noodles in water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and press them into a flat shape using a cooking ring or your hands.
  6. In the same skillet, lightly pan-fry the shirataki noodle buns for about 2 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.
  7. Assemble the burger by placing a noodle bun on the bottom, adding the beef patty, slices of avocado, and a drizzle of sriracha sauce, then topping with another noodle bun.
  8. Serve the Keto Ramen Burger wrapped in lettuce leaves for added crunch and freshness.
